Where do I go from here?
Weather your looking for a Church to bring your family, or maybe one to get involved in this is your place. New Hope has many opportunities for getting involved. If you are searching for something more and life we have many resources that can help you. There is someone who loves you, and cares for you. You don’t have to life this life alone. If you need to talk somebody about salvation you can give us a call, or a visit that church. ( Contact Page)If your needing to get Baptized or Join a Church this is the perfect option for you we have something for all ages from babies to adults. We would love to see you here. At New Hope, Strangers are friends, and friends or family.

We believe God has called every member to be a minister for Him so there are ample opportunities for service. If you are musically gifted then there is a ministry here for you. If you love children’s ministries then God’s got a job for you. If you love caring for infants and toddlers there’s room for your service. If you long to see souls saved and people discipled then God can use you here. If you’re a “neat freak” and love things to be spotless and tidy then here is a place to serve. If you’re handy with a tool or with landscaping God has opportunities for you to serve. And you can certainly pray. Ask the Lord what He wants you to do today.

WHY AM I HERE?
Most people live their entire lives without ever knowing “Why?” They exist year after year with no idea of why they live or God’s purpose for their lives. The most basic question a person can ask is, “What is the meaning of life?” Everyone wants to be happy. People try many ways. Some look for happiness by acquiring possessions. Some look for happiness by experiencing pleasure. Some look for happiness by gaining prestige and power. But real happiness comes from understanding your purpose in life. God made you and loves you! He has a personal and purposeful plan for your life! God wants you to live your life to the full. Why then aren’t most people really happy?
WHY AM I NOT HAPPY AND FULFILLED?
The reason we are not fulfilled is because we have sinned against God’s righteous standards. A definition of sin is doing what is wrong or not doing what is right according to God’s rules (1 John 3:4). If God says “Do not lie” and you lie, then you have sinned. If God says “Do not steal” and you steal, then you have sinned. According to God, sin separates you from Him (Isaiah 59:2) Sin keeps us from a close relationship with God. It causes us to fear God and try to live our lives outside of His will. When our relationship with God is not right, it causes problems in every area of our life – marriage, career, relationships, finances, etc.
“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.” Romans 3:23 (NLT)
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23 (NLT)
WHAT DOES GOD WANT ME TO DO?
Admit that God has not been first place in your life and ask Him to forgive your sins.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” I John 1:9 (NIV)
Believe that Jesus died to forgive you and rose again to reconcile you with God.
“If you confess that Jesus is your Lord, and you believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9 (NIV)
Choose to receive Christ and accepts God’s free gift of salvation.
“But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn—not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.” John 1:12-13 (NLT)
You can take these steps by praying a simple prayer of commitment to God
If you feel lost and don’t know what to pray, here’s a prayer of salvation:
Dear Lord,
I admit that I am a sinner. I have done many things that don’t please you. I have lived my life for myself only. I am sorry, and I repent. I ask you to forgive me.
I believe that you died on the cross for me, to save me. You did what I could not do for myself. I come to you now and ask you to take control of my life; I give it to you. From this day forward, help me to live every day for you and in a way that pleases you.
I love you, Lord, and I thank you that I will spend all eternity with you.

We understand that the heart of His ministry is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus commanded us to proclaim that Gospel right here in our “Jerusalem” in Hutchinson, in “Judea” through the support of church plants in Kansas, and all over the world through Missions. New Hope actively supports many missionaries through prayer and finances with the goal of reaching the world for Christ. You can touch the world through the Gospel as well if you give to our missions program.
